My Story

I come from a long line of industrious, magical, artists, sewist , writers and musicians. They instilled in me a connection to the land by growing what we ate, to be fiercely protective and advocate for marginalized community be it human or nature. From a young age I was drawn to the arts, and the magic of the outdoors. Drawing, singing, dancing ,getting my friends and family to let me transform them into their deepest desires.

By 17 I was in cosmetology school honing my skills all over the country. Eventually opening my own salon dedicated to inclusive safe space and ethically made products.The comfort of working one on one, nurturing connection and empowering clients to love their unique qualities was the most fulfilling.

Like so many of us the Pandemic hit me hard. Grief stricken from the loss of loved ones, the terrors of the racism affecting so many, and shut downs to my business.I found myself in burnout. I took a leap of faith and closed my salon and enrolled in sewing and art classes at my local city college reigniting my passion for artistic expression. I believe we all have a creative practice that awakens our authenticity, helps us connect to our communities and moves big emotions into somatic healing. On my quest of self discovery I was drawn to the Tarot and in 2024 I embarked on an 8 month journey of tarot education. Over the last 2 years I’ve integrated the grounding capacity of stillness, intuition, protection and reciprocity. In 2025 I completed an intensive course to provide mental health counseling. Blending the Intuitive wisdom with grounded structure of the counseling unlocked the key for me.

I live in Sacramento with my wife and cat. You can find me at my easel painting, in the kitchen whipping up delicious foods and potions, hiking through Northern California or growing edible and medicinal plants in my garden.
